So sorry for a big hiatus once again. I've been gone for half a year

I didn't log on to DA and tumblr at all, was a bit busy over the summer and I wanted to try improving in things I wasn't good at, which was a lot, but that kind of failed really quick, I thought I'd figure those things out and get back on track, and make some really awesome stuff and post them here, but I couldn't at all, lol.

It often feels like I'm not trying at all, and I feel guilty and ashamed because it was kind of true, I expected myself to do better, it also really sucks I have nothing to share with everyone, because I really appreciate looking at all the hard work everyone else put into their own art, but I had nothing to show or share in return, the worst of all is that it's probably all just excuses, but I really lacked the charisma to improve myself, then it's just a spiral of laziness and lack of inspiration and negativity from there.

I'll post some messy doodlings I did over November and Christmas. I'll see where I can go from there. I wanted to draw, all I liked was drawing the same faces over and over, it's kind of silly but I couldn't help it I'll try to expand from here.

I didn't want to make a huuuge post so I'll just stop here, I've always wanted to return and post something, but I really wanted to "catch up", but I figure that's not possible.

June 1st

Going through a lot of face palming I need some inspirations D=

Will be doing a lot of sketches instead.

I'm a big fan of the series Xenosaga, probably not a lot of people actually went through the whole series, it has 3 games and during ep2 the writer and director (who did xenogears and saga ep1) changed, the series took a turn for the worst, but even then, I enjoy the core story, the universe and characters A LOT, <3 Albedo and Wilhelm, and they still did a good job with episode III even though they made the disaster that was episode II.

I have a bad memory so I often forget a lot about the plot since they toss so much at you during ep3, they didn't have enough episodes to properly bring out the entire story and the history, ep1 remained the most memorable for me out of the three, because I just loved it so much, I could still clearly remember a lot of the dialogues and the foreshadowing they put into the game, I could freaking watch the cutscenes over again and talk about the game all day lol.

One of the writer for ep1/xenogears/pied piper, Soraya Saga, also have a DA account here, that I stalk all the time secretly: Solaryear, she also wrote the backstories for Edgar and Sabin from Final Fantasy VI, since that was also one of my favorite games of all time, mainly because of the characters, she's like a goddess to me that I worship, and Takahashi is my GOD, I still pray everyday that they'll bring the true vision of xeno.

So well what's my point lol, I was browsing through some xeno sites and found that they did a live version of Godsibb from episode 3! I don't watch a lot animes so I don't really know a lot of the songs by Yuki Kajiura, but I thought it was pretty fucking awesome , I think I'm in love with violins lol. I'm a sucker for live performances.

Update: Yay beat non stop climax on Bayo! Now to complete all the challenges, the game is awfully addictive D8 God help me.

Update: Beat Assassin's Creed II the other day, boy was that game boring after the first few hours, once you get used to the controls and mechanics, it's just a collecting game. Killing was really as easy as breathing! (well you go up behind the dumb AIs and press a button, lol), missions were also boring, but I did enjoy some of the indoor puzzles and platformings. Sigh I have nothing to play now.

Probably not a lot people really play or still play this game (final fantasy XI), but I used to play it a lot a few years back. It's a pretty fun gaming experience.
Ever since the ffxiv announcement, my friends have been really excited about it, I'm not sure about it myself, but I did a few fanarts for them, since both games feature the same races, they work for both games in a way. I did a total of 7, I originally wanted a yakuza theme behind them with a story to go with it, but I'm too lazy

Update: I don't like adding journal entries as I don't have much to say, and I don't like notifying people that I've just recently said some random stuff, lol, but anyway, I've been messing around with colors, I can't promise I'll get a lot of work done consistently, as they seem to be much more complicated and takes even more time to fix than my simple linearts, but I'll try, any advice or recommendations or tips are welcome. The lack of updates does not mean I'm slacking *slowly slides ps3 under bed with foot*

There's a drag and drop function on DA! This will make things so much easier...
Maybe I'm really growing out of touch with technology XD

I haven't really spent too much time on DA, so I'm still not used to the interface. I use Opera as my main browser and sometimes it doesn't render the site too well, so I usually just browse around, and when I press "next page" sometimes, the site updates and the same page gets pushed to the "next page" I clicked on or something, what I mean is I keep looking at the same page sometimes kind of D=
So I have to browse faster than the site updates or I won't ever see the older works! or maybe I should stop browsing by 'newest', or something... yea I'm clueless

It's been like 6 months since I added an entry on my journal too, wow! I usually have nothing to talk about, I'm a boring person ...
